Loan Amounts: $500K – $6MM
12–18 Month Build Terms Experience-Based Leverage:
1st build → up to 80% LTC
2 builds → up to 85% LTC
3–5 builds → up to 93% LTC
6+ builds → up to 95% LTC
Better experience = Better pricing
Non-owner occupied only (build to sell or refinance)
Draws based on completed work (no upfront draw at closing)
6 months reserves required
Own your land already? We may be able to roll in closing costs + interest reserves (case-by-case).
No manufactured, mobile, or modular homes
